Recently I purchased a cellular phone. This is in preparation for getting rid of my home phone, which costs the same per month as the mobile. I leave the ringer off.

Walking into school it’s so amazingly beautiful out that I want to play hooky. not a trace of smog in the air, crazy blue sky. Perfect picnic weather. Called Elena on said new phone. She asked me where I was and when I told her it turned out she was about 100 feet behind me, also on her way into school.

This alone has sold me on these things.

She has green eyes, the color of the sea on the oregon coast sometimes.
